Q: How should I care for my jewelry?
A: Taking proper care of your jewelry is very important. Some stones are more fragile than others. Removing jewelry to bathe, wash hands, sleep, etc is always recommended and will increase its longevity. Sterling silver will show wear and tarnish over time, especially if left in a humid area like a bathroom. I always include a polishing cloth and tarnish tab with every purchase.
Q: What materials do you use?
A: I source my metals from Rio Grande, a supplier with a long-standing reputation for quality and integrity in the jewelry community. The stones I use are carefully chosen from trusted lapidary artists who share my commitment to responsible sourcing. Sustainability matters deeply to me, and I make it a priority to work with partners who acquire stones in ways that respect both the environment and the people involved in bringing these beautiful materials to life. Every piece is not only crafted with care but also reflects a mindful approach to how it came to be.
Q: Do you offer gift packaging?
A: Every piece is thoughtfully packaged so it is ready to be given as a gift the moment it arrives. If you have something special in mind for gift wrapping, please reach out and I will be happy to work with you to make it feel extra personal!
Q: Where do you ship? How long will it take for my package to arrive?
A: I’m proud to offer free shipping on all domestic orders. Every package is shipped from Rowlett, Texas using USPS First-Class Mail, and tracking details will be emailed once your order is on its way. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as I cannot be responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
Please note: Free shipping is only available within the U.S. International buyers are responsible for shipping costs. Delivery times vary by destination, but typically range 7–21 business days. I offer international shipping via USPS Priority Mail. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. Tracking may be limited once the package leaves the U.S.
Q: What is your Return/Exchange policy?
A: My ultimate goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns with your purchase, please notify me within 5 business days of receiving your item. Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Exchanges are welcome for a store credit toward another item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as shipping for the replacement item. Please contact me prior to sending an item back so I can assist with the exchange process.

Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: At this time I am not able to take on custom orders. I truly value the interest and excitement around custom designs, and I look forward to opening that option in the future. When I do, I will be sure to share the news so that anyone interested can be the first to know!
