How to Measure Your Ring Size at Home
Option 1: Use a Ring You Already Own
Find a ring that fits comfortably on the finger you’ll wear your new ring.
Measure the inside diameter in millimeters using a ruler or caliper.
Use the chart below to match the diameter to your ring size.
Option 2: String or Paper Strip Method
Cut a thin strip of paper or use a piece of string.
Wrap it around the base of your finger (snug but not tight).
Mark where the ends meet.
Measure the length in millimeters with a ruler.
Match the measurement to the circumference column in the chart below.
Tips:
Measure at the end of the day when fingers are largest.
Avoid measuring when your hands are cold.
If between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.
